Congratulations to the 10m Air Pistol Norfolk County Team on winning the Division 4 NSRA inter-county competition. The team were unbeaten in all ten rounds of the competition and look forward to promotion in the next season. We are very proud of the team on some superb shooting all the way through the rounds. Congratulations David Sweeting, Geoff Wilson, George Mees, Josh Wegg, Julian Sadowski and Simon Hill.



Congratulations to Pam Carter part of the Norfolk County team winning their division of the NSRA small-bore inter county league and winning Division 1 of the NSRA inter county ladies small-bore league.

Congratulations to David Sweeting, Mark Johnson and Kathy Johnson on their Cumbria Winter League medals in 10m Air Pistol

A lovely write up of the Eastern triangular meeting has featured in the NSRA ‘On Target’ magazine. The piece was written by Vivien Minett, Norfolk Smallbore team captain. The piece features NCTC members Robin and Pam Carter having both shot brilliantly in the match.


Congratulations to all members who shot in the NCRA winter league. Some excellent results across all disciplines.
In division 1 Air pistol NCTC had Josh Wegg in 1st Place, George Mees in 2nd place, Simon Hill in 5th place, Julian Sadowski in 6th place and Geoff Wilson in 7th place.
In division 2 Air Pistol NCTC had Tammy Oakley in first place (shooting under SN) , Mark Johnson in a very close 2nd place, Jonathan Jolly in 3rd place and Kathy Johnson in 5th place.
In division 3 Air Pistol NCTC had Tom Jolly in second place with significant improvement in his scoring across his first season.
In supported rest pistol division 1 NCTC had Mick Bowen in 5th place, Nigel Beesley in 6th place and Peter Dormer in 7th place.
In air rifle division 1 Andy Goodhand had a dominant win (Shooting under NW).
In supported rest air rifle division 1 NCTC had John Hasthorpe in 3rd place, Nigel Beesley in 4th place and Mick Bowen in 7th place.
In the 50m rifle, Pam Carter was 2nd by just one point! Pam was 4th in the 100 yard rifle also.

Congratulations to all members who shot in the Cumbria and Northumbria Target Shooting Association winter leagues. Some excellent shooting all round. The club had three medal winners this season. Well done to David Sweeting earning 1st place in Air Pistol, with Mark Johnson in 2nd place. In the next division, Kathy Johnson earned a fantastic 2nd place – just one point behind the first placed finisher. A special mention to Steve Jones 3rd in Supported Rest Pistol and Mick Bowen 3rd in Supported Rest Rifle very narrowly missing out on medals.
Congratulations to Liv on a fantastic shoot at the Scottish Open in the 10m Air Rifle on shooting brilliantly to qualify for the final and finish in a fantastic 5th place.
